Vanessa Sinclair

Vanessa is a licensed Real Estate Agent and oversees the social media and marketing at Ray White Tea Gardens utilising her extensive local knowledge and her ability to capture properties at their best. Vanessa’s career has always kept her at the front of customer service, her previous roles include being a part of the front desk team at Orange council and all four Port Stephens Council’s Holidays Parks. She spent time managing The Boathouse resort in Tea Gardens before another stint overseeing administration for RSLlifecare at Peter Sinclair Gardens Hawks Nest and the marketing and sales for the Tea Gardens Grange lifestyle village. Her ability to transfer skills and experiences from these past roles ensures she provides the best service to all clientele.
